Domestic and China-based facilities provide the flexibility to choose the best location for turnaround, cost or manufactured quantity requirements.
State-of-the-art SMT assembly equipment, common testing platforms and shared procedures allow a seamless transition between locations.
Material & change control
Quality begins before assembly.
M-Wave procures all raw material from our Glendale Heights office and supplies kits to the appropriate manufacturing facility. This process helps assure that quality material is used regardless of where an assembly is manufactured.
Raw inventory is received and controlled through an engineering-approved source list available from our business system and a rigid quality process. Every modification to products or material sources remains under ECO control.
